Phone call service sucks too.
I set up my Zetland apt for electricity. As the apt is just settled. No way to find its address from EA system. But Covau said they found that.
But they actually don’t have the address. I found this problem until my electricity was cut off! So I called to cancel my contract and planned to swop to my original supplier. I thought: Luckily it is still in cool off day – last day of cool off day. Unfortunately, I spent 1 hr phone call to fix the problem of “ if the contract is still in cool off period” !
Ok, then another problem came. They wanted to charge me “supply service fee” . I don’t know what the hell is that. Never informed this kind of charges. I reckon they just want some $$ from me as I cancelled the contract. But they initially lied to me, saying they have the right address but they didn’t. they connected to the wrong address, so that means they supply their service to others rather than to my place. How come I need to pay this so called “ supply service fee”. Another 1 hr to argue.
Exhausted.
