This position of the Coffee Shop Manager includes tasks:
• Making plans, directions and be participating in the store operations
• Interview, select, train and supervises staff
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Planning and budgeting for the coffee shop
• Maintains and promotes the shop image
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
• Supervises store security and cash handling procedures
• Prices items and arranges orders
To be successful on this position, you should be:
• Relevant qualification
• Passionate about coffee
• Outstanding knowledge of customer service
• Implement policies and standards
• Able to recruit, train and motivate employees
Salary: $ 55,000 Plus Super
