143父母移民，能在澳洲境内递交申请吗？

如题，目前母亲持600三年多次往返签证在澳洲，呆了快一年了，需要3月底离境，想在这之前把143递交上去。

不知道143能否现在就提交，还是必须要离境，在境外提交？

如果境内提交还存在一个问题，母亲暂时没办法提供好多的材料（需要在国内去开证明，然后做公证），能否先提交表格，现有的材料和申请费，等母亲3月底离境回国之后再补材料，这样母亲在中国呆一个多月之后再持BV回澳洲等待。

打算自己DIY，目前刚开始看材料，希望能来得及！

应该是不能的，3年的600签证一般都有8503 No further stay的条件，无法在澳洲境内递交143签证，即使拿到的600上没有此要求，允许境内递交签证，也无法得到bridging visa，因为143是offshore visa类别，得不到过桥签证，当前签证到期前还是要离开澳洲。持600签证满1年要离开澳洲至少6个月才能再次入境。

好吧，那只能中国申请了！
不过还有一个问题，签证材料受理之后，是不是马上回澳洲等待？还是必须遵循600签证的要求，在境外半年之后才能再次入境？
因为已经给妈妈定了往返的机票，3月初走，在国内完成申请，4月底回来~不知道能不能来得及~

If you leave at the beginning of March, lodge your 143 application in China, maybe it's better for your mom to come back to Aus after she receives the file number of 143. Before someone said the Immigration told them to come back until acknowledge number is issued, not so sure about current situation.

你要等 半年 你只是申请了143 但你实际上的签证还是600 所以你还是要遵循现有签证给你的一切限制 而且等你143下签之前 你还是要确保你不在澳洲才行 否则不会下签 直到你离境

143是离境签证 要求你境外递交 境外下签 所以是不会给你任何过桥签证的 在143下签之前 你要来澳洲 还是要通过600签证

如果600没有8503就可以，有就不可以。这个可以在47PA表上或者移民局的网站上找到。

Legal restrictions
Your choice of whether you apply for an offshore or onshore visa
may also be affected by migration law. For example, if you usually
live outside Australia and are visiting your child in Australia, then
the visitor visa that allowed your entry into Australia may have a
condition attached (such as an 8503 ‘No Further Stay’ condition)
that would prevent you from lodging a valid parent visa
application while you are physically in Australia.

Australia, you have been refused the grant of a visa or your visa

先check一下你妈妈的600有没有8503吧，没有还是可以境内递交143的。不过如果没有8503，而你妈妈年纪到了，也可以考虑onshore父母移民。

Onshore起码得65以上,aged parents 要钱和不要的都可以在境内递交,要是前面签证没8503的话
