He charges me for reviewing the plan....but he asked me to send the plans over...how do I know that even if he does nothing he still charges me?!

The other arborist sent me a quote when he received my plans. I did not accept that because it's dearer than the quote that my builder gave me

就算是上法庭， 也没证据。

I wrote a very long email yesterday and complained about the services he "provided" me. I also addressed the lose that he caused to my building plan.

If he wants his money, fine. But at the same time, he needs to pay me back for the increase of building - XXXX.

I did not hear back from him

A quick update: I might need to cut down the big gum tree at the front. I got a quote currently for cutting down 2 trees at the back for $3300. This big gum tree is well over 20m and might cost something between $2500-3500 to cut it down. Plus the Arborist report ....total cost for those trees are well over $6k

They are really tall... I just got a quote for the gum tree that I referred. It's $3k+GST to get it removed.

I have not yet counted 14 smaller size tree (4-6m). I ask my LG to cut them down to save money. But we might have to spend $$$ to hire a truck to get rid of the leaves and roots.

Yes, I did. And I'm talking about the cheapest quote I've got. Not the most expensive one.
