写作话题之十一：反射性(写作)思维 （Reflective Thinking）
反射性思维训练是写作训练的基础，最早是由美国一个大学写作老师提出来的（不好意思具体名字找不到了）。简单的说就是针对一个写作对象（现实和虚拟世界里存在的任何元素），作者可以有八个思维导向。看下面一个例子（一个人正在照镜子）：
"I look at my cavities." --- 1. Examining/Observing 观察
"My hair is parted in the middle." -- 2. Describing 直观描述
I think I'm a queen." --- 3. Pretending/Imagining 比喻
"I look better than my brother." -- 4. Comparing 比较
"What will I look like when I am old?" -- 5. Questioning 提问
"I'm thinking about when I broke my nose." -- 6. Remembering 回忆
"I think I'm having a bad hair day." -- 7. Forming Opinions 产生观点
"Everything on my face looks sad today." -- 8. Expressing Emotions 表达情绪
其中1 是反射思维的起点，要写作首先要对对象进行认真的观察。2，3，4可以一起归类为描述（Descriptive Writing）。应该注意的是，可以描述的内容会非常多，如何抓住其特征进行勾勒性描写是这项技术的关键。
如果一个人对世间万物会产生一种自然的思维反射（比如以上8种，次序无关），那么可以肯定这个人的大脑是活跃的，是有创意和灵感的。这就是学生反射性思维训练的目的。
下面是一些学生的更多练习，请大家一起讨论。
You in the mirror
When I see myself in the mirror, I think about many things.
Sometimes I look in the mirror, and I see my grandmother's reflection. It reminds me of how she used to call us when she wanted us. I sometimes cry because missing her makes me so sad.
I look in the mirror, and I say to myself, "Boy, why did it have to be this way?"
I look in the mirror and think about bad things that might happen.
I think I'm going to fail a test and I won't be allowed to go on a field trip. I look, and I say to myself, "Why am I so discouraged?"
Sometimes I look in the mirror and think about my future, like where I want to live. I even think about what I want to be when I grow up. My younger sister Mandolin tells me I will never do the things I want to do. My older sister Zandra tells me that things will work out if I have confidence in myself. I believe my older sister.
