今天辞职了，谈谈childcare的工作（新贴在亲子育儿版，谢谢各位关注 351楼，来点正能量吧，childcare 也是有好处的

but one  thing not good in the family day care is the kids are not the same every day. u get different kids from the council because the parents book in with the council not with you straight away. from this point it is a bit hard and u will have more responsobilities because u dont have so called workmates to help you out when sth happen. if you have some kids who allergy to sth that will be high risk to you. and by the way,  u have to think about it do u really want to turn your house into sort of a child care? can u hubby stand that??

如果是DIPLOMA我还要再考虑。因为我不愿意去幼儿园上班。不愿意和老公倒时间，因为我老公上晚班。如果去上白班，基本上一天到晚也见不到人了，更可怜的是孩子呢。

yes in knox melburne knox area this is case.  i am not sure other suburbs.i know it because last year one lady who takes charge of the family day care programme in knox council did placement in our room, i used to think about work as family day care worker so i asked her a lot questions, that is what she told me. if u dont have diploma how can you do the planning, and in some point what they mean qualified childcare worker always mean the one with diploma, i am cert 3 and i am just assistant child care worker .

我老公一般会在家的，因为他上晚班，如果有紧急情况，我还是有帮手的。比如送孩子去急诊，我在家留守这类的。另外，他对我的计划很支持，我们家大，主人房和其他地方分的比较开。他不介意我做别的安排，最重要的是，他也很喜欢小孩子。

hmn , u have to think about if this is what u really want. sometimes could be a bit stressful. but once you have some experience how to handle all sort of kids, it will be fine. i never deal with little kids before, but  now u cant imgaine quite a few of them attach to me during the day.

and if u run the family day care, u dont have to drive to work , that is one thing i like. but if sth happen you need to have good organization skill. but i think that case is really rare.

oh yeah , their hourly rate is not as good as ours , cant remember now, they get some amount of money for one kid per hour. but by the end of the day, their fornight income is not much less that us. i guess maybe they work longer hours

不可能十全十美的啦，我家这个情况，我最好的选择就是WORK FROM HOME了。而且我愿意在家陪孩子一起成长。。。。

我不知道你有没有小孩，想到以后如果要去上班，别的什么工作也好， 也很麻烦的，每天也很多事情要准备，送孩子上幼儿园或者上学。然后再赶到上班的地方去，那就要花费很多时间啊？
等到开始真正上班的时候，你已经开始觉得累了。

我在读diploma的时候，班级里有两个 run family day care 的同学，据他们说收入还好，当时他们只有cert 3，一个工作了7年，一个13年。running family day care also is a good option for mum who would like to take care of own child and work at home , and also make money to share the family shoulder burden.

对，这个也是我所考虑的，不过现在RUN FAMILY DAY CARE的要求会不会高了呢？

收入对于我来说是考虑的一个部分，但是不是最重要的部分，HOUR还有是不是CLOSE TO HOME才是我考虑的部分。我以前打工的地方，PAY还好，但是HOUR很差，不稳定，经常上夜班。以前没孩子无所谓，现在有孩子，每天要去PLAN这个时间就很费心力的。还要和老公的时间表错开。

如果能在家上班，是最好的了。当然可能代价会比较累啊。工作时间长啊什么的。但是我总觉得这些比起很少时间陪孩子来说不算什么。

楼主是否知道accouting一个职位，200份简历受到是很平常的，有时候多到3，400份，那是什么样的竞争呢？

hmn , that is a problem too, but luckily my son is in high school now.but  if i start early he will have to catch a bus to school. yeah i know a lot of parents have to spend some time on dropping and picking up their kids in the cc.quite busy.

hmn what is a good question, depend , if you work in the babies' room you need to have a good waist because quite a bit carrying, specially when the beginning of the new year, a lot of new babies come and they need quite a bit comforting. but if you work in the kinder room or toddlers' it will be better but when you apply for a job it is hard to tell what room they will want you to work in.
but if you have the right way to pick up the babies and do that in the right way all the time , maybe it wouldnt be a problem. again talking is always easier than practising.....we have some workates who has worked in this field for over 25 years and they are now over 60 years old.

are you in melburne? i did distant courses , and i did allthe honmework at home and did the placement then i got the certificate, then i got the job . i guess my education background helped quite a bit. oh yeah if you have kids u dont even need to pay the fee , just need to pay for books. that is a government supporting programme . and the organization is called new future training in corbug( not sure i spelled it right or not).

请教，如果自己有个小baby，去学习CC可以减免学费，目前在猫本有这个政策吗？似乎1年多前有所耳闻。。。如果是的话，很多感兴趣的妈妈可以报名多少学习点儿这方面的知识，或者以此接触下社会也挺好的。

我这段时间太忙都没有上来看呢， 我已经交了FULL FEE了。  他们都没有提这些呢，而且我还上的夜校。。。。  如果不上夜校，压力很大，我小孩子可能要FT DAY CARE，我是真的不忍心的。

我学这个的本意只希望能多陪我儿子，并且有份时间合适的工作。没想到也不能混的。。。  

已经上了两堂课，还满喜欢我的老师的。。。

BTW，谁有去年下半年新出的《THE BIG PICTURE》的二手教材要转让啊？请站短价钱，地址哦。。谢谢。。。

that is really real, i got my cert 3 in the end of jan, and then sent out my resume in feb,( only sent out couples) and i got interview from knox council then started working in march.(they require some medical check ,so it took a bit longer )
