如下为Site Work的内容,总共$15000左右.各位觉得合理吗? FeatherBrook,Point Cook 需要用到P吗?上次好象看谁的贴子说只有HD就可以了.
Site Works & Connections
3. Included
STANDARD INCLUSION.
* Waffle pod slab construction up to Class M
classification.
* Connection to available underground power pit
(up to 12 lineal metres), water supply (up to 6
lineal metres), gas supply (up to 20 lineal
metres), stormwater drains and sewerage system
(based on property up to 700m2 and building
maximum setback of 6000mm to dwelling).
* Fall of land up to 300mm over building area.
4. 7,832.00
Provide all site related works as per Geosite
including waffle pod slab construction, connection
of underground power, water supply, stormwater
drains, sewerage system, gas supply, fall of land,
temporary fencing and termite protection over the
building area.
Note: Does not include 'P' Class soil conditions,
rock excavation or connection to sewer tie where
tie is greater than 1500mm in depth.
5. 1,956.00
Provide Slab upgrade from Class H (Geosite) to
Class P including the following:
* Additional and upgrade of re-enforcement.
* Garage slab stepdown.
To be read in conjunction with Standard
specification and Structural Works Soil Test
Report No. 60129-1.
6. 2,936.00
Provide bored concrete piers to recommended
founding depth due to angle of repose to adjacent
easements including removal of surplus soil
relating to foundation works.
7. 4,319.00
Provide bored concrete piers to recommended
founding depth due to fill exceeding 300mm
including removal of surplus soil relating to
foundation works. To be read in conjunction with
Standard specification and Structural Works Soil
Test Report No. 60129-1.
Note: If certification can be provided that the
existing fill material has been placed under
controlled conditions in accordance with AS2870 a
review of the current footing system may be
provided. This review will be conducted in
accordance with the Engineers recommendations.
8. No Charge
Provide boundary flashing to Garage due to
siting.
Note: If fence is existing at time of
construction, it is the owner's responsibility to
remove part of the fence prior to start of
construction and replace as necessary after
construction is complete. |
