Hi All,
A typographical error has been brought to our attention. The error appears in the Starbucks case on page 14 of the pre-seen case document. The 3rd parragraph describes a number of beneficial customer service innovations but mistakenly says that the enhanced point-of-sale system 'reduces the speed of processing transactions'. This should be 'increases the speed of processing transactions'.

Hi All,
An error has been identified on Page 8 of the Pre-seen case document, in the Starbucks case. Under the heading 'United States', at the end of the first line of the paragraph, the estimated revenue for the coffee shop market for 2012 is stated as "approximately USD 10 billion in 2012." As per Figure 3, this should be "approximately USD 27 billion in 2012."
