我覺得重心應放在industry上,而非SI. SI只是forward integrate了, 看看case上的distribution channels, buyer 該是 supermarket等 與 wholesalers
而seller我覺得是Coaca grower 同其他raw material 生產商。
abt buyer's power
Large retailer
- "lower profits to manufacturers coz large retailers' strong buyer power"
- "Large retailers aim to lower cost by establishing relationships with fewer, large-scale manufacturers"
Wholesaler
- traditional "milk bar" and "deli" store replaced
- "convenience grown nearly 30% between 1998 to 2001"
- "expect large enough to move into direct distribution channel=> bypass wholesaler"
abt Seller
Cocoa Grower
- "40% of raw material cost"
- rely on import "no cocoa grower in Australia"
raw material manufacturer
- "easy access to local materials"
- "abundant supply on sugar, milk in Australia"

不过前面同学说应该还是要用Case的信息 根Case不相关的东西说了也没有分得
所以我也很迷茫 我还在奋战书本呢 争取这周末能把第二遍看完 ... |
