Dear GUOSHEN,
Thank you for your booking request at Cowes On Chapel starting on 13/3/2005 and
finishing on 14/3/2005.
We can confirm the house is available and you now have these dates temporarily
reserved for you.
The rate is $300 per night for the property.
To secure your booking, I would ask that you call the local booking agency in
Cowes on (03) 5952 5899 ASAP and they will do an absolutely great job in
handling the entire booking for you. That is the deposit, checking in, checking
out, etc.
The house is supplied with doonas, doona covers, pillows and pillow cases and we
would ask that you bring a sheet and towel per person staying with you. (there
are two queen and five single beds)
Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
I have organised for you to drop off your luggage from 11:00 and I have also
organised for a late check out on the 14th to give you extra time.
If you need any additional information or have questions, then please don't
hesitate to e-mail Haydn and I and we would be more than happy to assist you in
any way we can.
