Sorry, could not type Chinese.
Let me make a great assumption. In 2005, someone has a case in Li's father's court, they have to pay a great price to get out of trouble, therefore, they agreed to buy Li's father's 4 apartment in return of favour. However, Li's father's name can not be identified, and Li was 21 years old ,classified as an young adult at that time, so they used her name to purchased that 4 properties. They also thoughtfully structure the whole process, using fake id, and even someone else's finger prints so they can wipe off the corruption later on.
2 years later, they used the same process to sell the properties and kept the money, most likely, Li's father did.
Everything was fine until 2016, as Li might got into some kind of the trouble with someone and this person dug deep in her past and found out she purchased 4 properties at the age of 21, where did she get the money from? How much more corruption this family has done? That is why she wanted to clean her record, because the time is different now.
So now, what can you do?
First of all, ask yourself how deep do you want to get involved, it is pretty deep as you can imagine. If I would you, I would just want to keep the property, and you need to go to a higher court than the court that the case is in now, because they are not doing you guys any favour. Then take it from there, a property in China is a big deal, don't just let it go and let someone take it from you. Try your best, prepare for a long fight would have better return in the end.
Another thing you can have a break through is the property was gifted to someone. Why this person was gifted a property? He or she must connect to Li or Li's family and could be part of the corruption. Investigate that will give you a clear vision of the whole case.
