针灸的研究很广泛 对其有效性的研究结论有冲突，针对某种疾病有的结论是有效果有的结论是无效果，综述回顾性的metadata的结论也不一致 还有对综述回顾性文章进行综述的文章，有效性也是极其有限

而且限于针灸双盲的难度，特别是针对针灸师的盲，很难做到，从而导致严谨的双盲研究及其有限

Such a control really only offers information about the most effective sites of needling, not about the specific effects of acupuncture (13). Positive results from such trials, which revealed that genuine acupuncture is superior to sham acupuncture with statistical significance, provide evidence showing the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment. The availability and practicability of acupuncture are also important factors to consider. The advantages of acupuncture are that it is simple, convenient and has few contraindications. Although the success rate of acupuncture therapy in treating kidney stones, for xample, is confirmed by comparative studies with other therapies (7), it is by no means as high as that of surgical intervention. However, acupuncture treatment of kidney stones is still worth recommending because of its simplicity, which makes it more acceptable to patients.

第七条　来源于古代经典名方的中药复方制剂，是指目前仍广泛应用、疗效确切、具有明显特色与优势的清代及清代以前医籍所记载的方剂。

（二）符合以下条件的该类中药复方制剂，可仅提供非临床安全性研究资料，并直接申报生产：
　　1．处方中不含毒性药材或配伍禁忌；
　　2．处方中药味均有法定标准；

而且针灸天然的很难做到双盲

现在更新的综述文章中的结论是不能证明有效的结论居多

关于肾结石与针灸的文字，其引用的信息来源是中文的文章，是1992年的《中国针灸》期刊

我查不到其他高质量的学术文章与其有相似的观点（针灸可以treating肾结石）如果说针灸可以减轻或者缓解肾结石导致的疼痛，还有可能的

从肾结石的形成机理看（前面ANS的科普文章），如何解释针灸可以treating肾结石呢？

如何明确疗效呢？ 大样本随机有对照组双盲测试有吗？一期二期三期临床有吗？

看出中国药监与先进国家的区别了吗？

疗效的确定是有国际通行的标准的，通过了此标准才可以称之为科学，否则何谈科学？

看出中国药监与先进国家的差距了吗？

中国众多的真真假假的保健品 药品的广告动辄美国药品食品管理局（FDA）认证，准入，批准等等不一而足，为什么不说中国药品食品管理局（CFDA），因为即使骗子也知道FDA的含金量，而CFDA的含金量只能呵呵了

不是双盲不适合针灸，是因为针灸的特性不容易设计双盲，特别是针对针灸师的盲

没有药物和治疗手段有特权免于双盲的检测

如果是法庭的证据递交，可能不被法律所接受

但是稍微细考一下，两次送检的未开封阿胶都被检测出猪牛成分，为什么会有如此的结果呢？
