自己看看吧，除了我的提的问题，msy基本是没有保修也没有return的，当然想继续买的人可以无视这些，人身攻击就算了，我发言是对得起良心的

First and foremost, I would give 0 stars if possible. MSY is one of the worst IT suppliers we have. We only go to them if our other suppliers are down and we may need ten computers and their parts to finish a job of 200+ computers for corporate and tertiary education customers. However, when a part they supply that should be brand new, is already opened, or opened and damaged, then they tell us it is not their problem. Then there are instances if you have a monitor you purchased out of many monitors purchased, and one happens to fail, don't expect a refund or even any assistance. Just remember you are on your own, and if the manufacturer doesn't fix it, then it is not their problem. We have thought about taking MSY to civil court, but we calculated we can show more disatisfaction of their service simply by not purchasing from them and purchasing from their other competitors. Do not buy MSY, they are slow, rude, and should be shut down for their illegal practice in regards to no returns or refunds, even with RECEIPTS, well within weeks of purchasing their items. This is totally against AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, against the TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1976 and is ILLEGAL.

Once my friend bought a Nividia graphics card GTX 780. Later found out the package was opened, not sealed.
Brought it back to MSY and the guy admits no fault.
Msy is not trustworthy, not going to deal with them anymore.
Advoid MSY, there are many other places with better prices.
