NO .you are wrong ..As chinese.. visit visa --not permit to work.

the case given is that that she is able to work.... that is the matter becuase work is a TIE in the local community

working or Studing are TIE in the local community, therefore, if ppl who holding working visa or Study Visa and statisify living more than 6 month"
then is tax residency ...
