什么叫内部奖学金啊， 是不是本身就在PLC读书的孩子没机会考奖学金的意思啊？如果是这个意思的话， 那就不对了， 我朋友的女儿才拿到了7年级奖学金。 她从三年级就开始在plc读书的。 当然她表现是比较突出的。 拿的是Music的奖学金。
7年级还可以，以上的本校就不行了。下面是从学校网站copy的：
1. For girls entering Year 7 in 2012 Tenable for six years.
The equivalent of at least six scholarships are offered. These scholarships may offer remission of up to 50% of the basic annual tuition fees.
2. For girls entering Year 8, Year 9, Year 10 and Year 11 in 2012
These scholarships are not available to girls currently attending PLC.
Tenable for five, four, three and two years respectively.
These scholarships may offer remission of up to a maximum of 50% of the basic annual tuition fees. They may be offered at each level to candidates who achieve a sufficiently high standard.
Council Scholarships Council Scholarships are awarded on the basis of high achievement in the ACER Examination, the candidate’s most recent school report, evidence of co-curricular involvement, leadership, sporting activities, membership of clubs and in some cases, an interview.
General Excellence Scholarships
One or two General Excellence scholarships may be offered at each of the levels. They are awarded for high achievement in the ACER examinations combined with evidence of general excellence in a range of activities. These scholarships may offer up to a maximum of 50% of the basic annual tuition fees.
Music Scholarships (Years 7-11 entry) Candidates must sit the ACER Co-operative Scholarship Examination for assessment of academic ability on Saturday 14 May. Shortlisted candidates will audition with the Director of Music on Monday 9 May 2011.
