车处在移动的状态还能看地图？

就算不罚款，我开车的同时没本事看google地图，相当不安全

最多能按个语音键问google

罚款高是因为公司车，nominate了司机罚款就降到正常了
分数没办法的，被抓到了，开车还是不要把手机拿手里
