如果还是不了了之,
I haven’t received my order. What can I do?
If you haven't received your order, please get in touch with the seller first to get more information. If that doesn't work, you can always apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure you do this before the Buyer Protection has ended. This is how you open a dispute:
1. Find your order under My Orders. Tap the product to see the order details.
If you have an Android phone, tap ≡ at the top left corner, then go to My AliExpress.
If you have an iPhone, go to My Account at the bottom of the homepage.
2. Tap Order Messages to get in touch with the seller, or Open Dispute to apply for a refund.
3. You’ll be asked to answer a few questions about why you want to apply for open a dispute. Please fill in the form and submit it.
