亲爱的 你没有看到我之前页上发的信件吧 据说就是HEAD OFFICE 发的。
下边是所谓STATE MANAGER 在18号电话说不能退不能换, 就给换个LID, 我挂了电话后, 他发的邮件,主体意思还是这是一个多么完美的产品, 你一定会爱上它! 但是不退不换, 只能给你换个LID。。。。如果你不投诉我们了, 我就送你一个垫子(之前SALES 想卖一个给我 说60刀)
最让我气愤的是这封信里说这个盖子烧了也没问题,没有任何安全问题,照旧能用,但是因为不好看了, 我可以给你换一个。。。。请大家仔细阅读这样的霸王信件。。。。

Hello XXXandXXXX,
I spoke to you earlier today about your lid and the heating.
I am sorry that you have had such an unpleasant experience on receiving your Thermomix. I know you are disappointed and would like a refund. As discussed, I cannot offer this. What I can do is replace the lid. The lid is fully safe to use – there is no danger or any problem in using it but I would like to replace it as there is that roughness on the underside of the lid which you have highlighted in the photo. I am organising a new lid to come out to you via Australia Post. The heating test results are okay. There is nothing in the results that causes me any concern and the results are normal. When you are heating in the Thermomix, the temperature is constantly being measured so the heating element switches off when the bottom of the bowl reaches the set temperature. There are also back up safety measures that if ever the bowl gets too hot, the machine will shut down and advise you of an error.
From everything I have seen and been told, I am sure the machine is in perfect working order. The machine will give you error messages if there are any problems. I realise you told me that you are going to the ACCC or you will seek legal advice and of course this is your right. I understand that the excitement of getting your new Thermomix has been spoilt. It is a great machine and I am very confident that you will see this too with time.
I am conscious that you are seeking a refund, which we cannot offer you but if after you have investigated the ACCC/legal advice options and if in the end you do keep your Thermomix, please let me know if I can offer you a recipe book or a Thermomat of something of this nature as I recognise it has not been a pleasant start.
