我第一天去买了3张Myer Gift card, 返现倒是没问题, 就是又买早了, 这周买100送10, 损失40, 以后没啥抢手货等一段时间再买

What should I do if the statement credit does not appear in my Card account?


If you don’t see the credit within the 90 day time period, check to make sure you’ve done all of the following:
•Saved or enrolled in the offer with your eligible American Express Card before making your purchase(s) at the merchant
•Made the purchase(s) with the same American Express Card to which you saved the offer
•Met the purchase requirements (purchase amount or number of purchases) required in the offer terms to receive the offer
•Made your purchase(s) before the offer expired
•Made the purchase(s) at an eligible location (online, in-store, participating location, etc.)
•Have not returned or cancelled your purchase

If you have done all of the above and still don’t see the statement credit 90 days after the end of the offer period, please complete the Contact Us form for additional assistance.

拿receipt去myer问下可不可以再给呢？毕竟才刚买。我在hn买的空调3天后降价90多刀都给我退了差价

I bought Coles Myer gift cards from Myer, so when there is a 10% off Myer gift card sale at Coles I can then buy these Myer gift cards using the Coles Myer gift cards I bought from this deal.. You will actually come out slightly ahead using this method, compare to this bonus $10 gift card offer.

hahahahah.. Actually, the easiest way is to find a young/innocent looking staff member, memorise your PIN, and then swipe your gift card as soon as it's ready for payment.. This trick actually worked even with older experienced staff member, but of course the younger the staff member is, the less risk there is :p

Don't worry too much. It will be resolved soon.

I think too many people ring them to resolve the problem. Thus it takes a while to fix it.

As a bonus, I just got a big status credit for my velocity membership (20 status credits) and lots of flybuy points as a result of recent Ultimate Kids Gift Card promotion, which I paid with Coles Myer gift cards.

昨晚发邮件了，等回音，如果不行打算再买一次，反正也是要用在coles,只当损失3刀手续费。

刚查了MYER 的offer里的full terms and conditions 说，Gift cards purchase是不算在内的。是这样吗？那去店里买MYER gift card 就不行了？

还是只是Online gift card 消费不算在内呢?  

请有经验的人指点下啊

实体店买卡可以反现，但网上买MYER卡不能反现，虽然理论上二者均不可反现。

Yes. But most people bought the Coles and Myer group gift card instead Myer's card.

You must enroll 1st before purchasing any cards.

报告一下，我是第一天去买City Westfield 卡的，Amex 自家的金卡，一直无邮件及返现，以前几十次offer从未试过这种情况。等了一周昨晚忍不住在帐户内发了一个complain，今天下午就收到回信说会返还主卡及附属卡的credit,给他家的客服赞一个，开心ING .
原文如下：
Dear xxx

Greetings for the day!

Thank you for your interest and participation in the Westfield offer.

You'll be glad to know that I have immediately issued five credits of $25.00 to your account for basic Card and four supplementary Cards. You will be able to view the credit within 3-5 working days. I hope this puts your concern to rest and brings a smile to your face.

Generally the statement credits are automatically issued within 5 business days from the spend date. However, sometimes there is an issue with the merchant registrations due to which the system does not detect the eligible charge and hence the credit is not automatically applied to the account. You should not worry at all as we have already taken care of this matter for you.

Have a wonderful day ahead!
