There is one behaviour that must change with our retailers and that is not to charge our credit cards etc until our orders have physically been fulfilled and shipped. I think that would make order cancellations a lot less painful for many, knowing we don't have to worry about someone holding on to our money and then worrying when we will get it back.
There are many on here that have had to wait days for HN to initiate a refund and weeks for DS to do likewise. That's totally unacceptable when a big business has not been able to deliver the goods or services you had paid for in good faith.

Yeah, a loop hole for them to gather your name, address and get to have a milion dollars interest free loan for a few days.
It seems like Lenovo has more than one model and different screen sizes to cover consumer personal preferences each with different types of pricing error. It is a well diversified pricing error i have seen so far.

Agreed, like Amazon they don't charge you until they've shipped your goods. It's just easier for both parties I reckon.
