My name is Archana Heda; I am a technical recruiter for Amazon based in the Seattle office.
A few of our hiring managers have reviewed your profile and are interested in your resume for an upcoming event in Australia! A group of development managers and engineers from our Retail Customer Experience (RCX) team will be there from Sept 30th- Oct 4th interviewing candidates who are interested in joining Amazon and relocating to Seattle. We are hiring for Dev Managers, Software Developers, Project Managers, and Software Test Engineers.
The projects the RCX team works on are visible to ALL of Amazon customers, directly tied to profitability and being closely watched by Jeff Bezos.
Here are some more project details:
-Change the Checkout Experience for all of our Web and Mobile Customers.
-Building out a Front-End SDK to be used for development across ALL amazon website pages. This group is in the early phases and needs a Front-End expert that embodies CS fundamentals.
-Kick-off re-write of amazon website We are still in ideation and need lots of help. If you like high visibility projects and influencing this is a great opportunity.
