请问新生婴儿一定需要car seat吗？

看来很多人不知道如果做出租车的话，宝宝可以抱着的。
我那时候也是头痛这个问题，然后打电话去出租车公司问有没有安装capsule的车可以定，人自己就说没有。我就讲了我在医院啊，baby刚刚出生啊等情况，人就说，可以抱着啊，法律可以的，出租车就可以。我当时一个释然，直接就对那个接线员说you r my savior！！！
然后就定了taxi，抱着baby上车，10几分钟就到家了。顺顺利利。
我在SA，不知道其他州可以不可以。打电话去taxi公司问最直接！

在新洲是须要baby car seat 的。

Taxis
Taxi drivers must ensure:

All passengers younger than 12 months must be secured in a child restraint.
All passengers aged over 12 months and under 16 years must:
occupy a seating position that is fitted with a suitable seatbelt, and
not occupy the same seating position as another passenger (whether or not the other passenger is exempt from wearing a seatbelt under rule 267), and
wear the seatbelt properly adjusted and fastened.

不用的，就抱着好了，或者放脚下，反正警察看不见，看不见就没事儿~~~

South Australia's child restraint laws
National child restraint laws were introduced in South Australia on 1 July 2010 to help protect children in the event of a crash. Enforcement penalties apply from 1 October 2010.




Child restraints - up to six months

Rearward-facing baby capsule

Children up to 6 months old must use an approved rearward-facing infant restraint and must not travel in the front seat of a vehicle that has two or more rows of seats.

The restraint must be properly installed and adjusted to fit the child's body.

A rearward-facing infant restraint allows a child to lie down and, in a crash, gives support and protection to the head and neck - the most vulnerable parts of a child’s body.

A rearward-facing restraint can be fitted to a vehicle with only one row of seats provided it does not have an airbag in that position and a child restraint anchorage point is available.
