刚才好容易电话找到了货代的报关员。我真不明白。为什么他来来回回总是那几句话,我都快能背下来了。现在仍旧没有丝毫放货的迹象。screening period 也已经过去了。可还是在hold。
因为前天发了一个comment给海关。今天得到了回复。大家帮忙看一下。

The Complaints and Compliments Unit does not have access to the ICS and is unable to influence the movement of your currently held container.
Should you incur storage fees as a result of Customs actions, you can forward the (paid) stevedore's invoice to us, with evidence of payment, and we will refer the matter on to the appropriate work area for consideration of reimbursement.
Please note that, where the outcome of an investigation recommends that storage charges be reimbursed, additional proof of payment for the storage fees will be required before Customs compensation will be considered. Customs will only provide compensation for the incurred charges to the person/company who paid them.
