是45天之内要开case, 超过45天,PAYPAL就受理了~~~
我昨天开的CASE, 然后就收到PAYPAL的Confirm 邮件如下:
“Hello xxxx,
You have opened a dispute for the payment you made to ASOS.COM Ltd on 6 Dec2010 (Transaction xxxxx) indicating that you did not receive the item you purchased.
----------------------------------------Transaction details--------------------------
Seller's Name: ASOS.COM Ltd
Seller's Email: paypalgbp@asos.comSeller's
Transaction ID: xxxxx
Transaction Date: 6 Dec 2010
Transaction Amount: xxxxx

Response deadline: 23 Jan 2011
By opening a dispute in the Resolution Center, you will be working directlywith the seller to resolve this issue. We will email you when the sellerposts a response. Most of the time, disputes can be resolved quickly andamicably in the Resolution Center. You'll be able to review the disputedetails, communicate with the seller, or ask PayPal to decide the outcomeof the case by filing a claim.

Log in to your PayPal account
.- Click the "Resolution Center" tab.
- Review the dispute details.
- Post new messages to the seller.
如果到23号,还没有结果就PAYAPL就仲裁了~~
