投资移民转正时有资产要求,可以加分的,房产算资产,很多人买房产,一是可以加分移民,二是房产保值。
这样的投资一石二鸟,人家办商业移民的算地可精呢,不过是价出高了,自己觉得吃亏了,他们其实一点都不亏, ...
不是啦. 不是什么加分.只是在892的下列条款中用到. 不过配合其他892条款, 需要房地产来补这NET ASSET 25万的机会,我认为是极其罕见的.详细我不解释了.但是买房实在帮不到什么移民. 买来自住或者说投资都可以.但是我觉得把移民考虑进去是不合适的.
请参考下面的资料.
Your main business (or two main businesses together), had a turnover of at least $200,000 in the 12 months immediately before you apply.
two of the following three requirements
* Net business assets – the net value of your (or your and your partner's combined) assets in the main business (or two main business) in Australia is at least A$75,000 throughout the 12 months immediately before you apply.
* Net personal and business assets – the net value of your (or you and your partner's combined) personal and business assets in Australia has been at least A$250,000 throughout the 12 months immediately before you apply.
* Provided employment – throughout the 12 months immediately before you apply your (or your and your partner's) business or two main businesses employed at least the equivalent of one full-time employee who are:
o Australian citizens, permanent residents or New Zealand passport holders
o not members of your family.
