这个奖看看就可以了，有兴趣可以到去经济学家网站上注册，然后把report下下来看他们怎么评分。就说一个，教育这一栏，从第一到第八的城市全部是满分，100分，里面包括Adelaide和Perth，这有啥意思。下面是个老外的评论，有点道理
It is a mathematical award. They plug numbers into a model and the city with the highest result wins. Inputs are attributes like cost of dining out at a 5 star restaurant, rent in an inner city apartment, number of restaurants, number of schools in certain areas, % of population from an ethnic background and on and on. It doesn’t measure crush on trains, congestion on roads, overcrowding in schools, wait lists in public hospitals and so on.
It is superficial … and I completely agree it is a bullshit award that people like Lord Mayors feast on. |
