应该这么理解，法律定义的是最低一年warranty。
但是vendor一般都会提供超过一年的warranty，比如我家的Hisense就提供3年免费的warranty。

法律规定家电保修应该与其寿命有关
比如说即使你买的电视机保修是一年 第二年坏了也是要保修的 见statutory warranty的定义

我觉得面板好坏还是在对比度，你在卖场看不出，回家多换几个片源就发现了，差得一片黑没有细节，在就是刷新，上了4k很多刷新很慢

平均分还是比aldi高啊。
这类产品技术参数， 用户评价都是鸡肋。几台设备，放在一起，放同样的片源比较一下，高低立马分出来。要是把ALDI和Samsung，Sony 放一起，要是还认为aldi好，那建议去看眼科医生了

三星电视的用户抱怨没蓝牙没有无线键盘。
aldi电视的用户抱怨买回家就开不了机，换了两台还是如此；还有很多刚过一年保修期就坏掉。

This has no bluetooth.. can't add own keyboard.. no pointer remote as rep said has everything.. do not assume he is right... he could not ring up specs when asked..this TV will not do all i requested..not happy at all.. a lot of money to pay for TV that's works on internet... how can you put in 2017 purchase you don't even allow it.

Just purchased my 3rd Samsung smart tv yesterday, only to find out that Samsung have released a whole series of tv's without having the standard apps previously available on their 2014 and 2015 models.

My other 2 Samsung's are fantastic and when it was time to replace my last tv's it was an obvious choice to purchase Samsung. What a mistake!!!!!

I phoned Samsung Australia only to be told that its not their fault and its a app manufacturers. I totally disagree with this and place the blame directly on Samsung for releasing a tv that is sub standard to their previous models. It is their responsibility to ensure that their products are ready for consumers bigger and better than previous versions.

I forced Samsung to agree to take the tv back that isn't ready for market.

Clunky, terrible remote, had two failed units swapped in store. Third I got my money back and bought a Samsung! Omg do yourself a favour go into a big tv store bring a blueray or usb with highdef on it and ask to test out the models! Samsung ticked all the boxes for me and my digital production business! Don't listen to idiots saying Aldi stuff is German high quality etc.. its cheap Chinese junk built to serve idiots. Sorry but its true, you get what you pay for in consumer electronics, don't believe the lies about other cheap tvs like changhong celestial, etc. being on par or made by a major company, etc. they are all junk and Salesman will tell you anything to move rubbish tvs.

Bauhn ATVS65 Not Worth the Money

Recently bought this Smart 65" TV Unit from Aldi and it doesn't even turn on.....I plugged it in from different power outlet, still it doesn't turn on....changed the batteries on the remote, still the same....read the manual and pressed the standby button and it still doesn't turn on...rang their Helpdesk and explained to them the problem...they simply said, "Just the return the Unit back to the Store for a Full refund. Its a common problem"..........
If its a common problem, why sell it !!!!!!!!.....the inconvenience of having to repack it and return to Store.....I'll never buy any appliances from ALDI ever again.....second time bitten...no more.....

same problem gone black screen has sound also used to crack very loudly sometimes befor this happened always had trouble with the cracking and black screen after cant they make tvs that last today such a crap deal.
looked alright when purchased used it mainly in the kitchen to watch tv and dvd,s for the grandchildren when they came over now its just a wall plaque with no enjoyment what so ever had a Medion tower pc it had virtually the same problems

This was purchased from Aldi's and only about 16 months old .. TV screen has gone black but does have sound.
Seems backlight is gone.
Only way I think this TV should be distributed is if you get it for free with a bag of prunes from the market.
You may as well buy a radio & listen to talk back on AM.

I bought this a year ago average usage now nothing an when you turn it off power light stays on for far to long. And when you touch left tip back corner it feels lke an electric shock through fingers..

Power fault. It died. Son had fun taking it to bits. I had fun throwing it away. When we purchased from ALSI we wanted another brand, unfortunately they had sold out so we ended up buying this landfill filler. Oh well in hindsight buying a more reputable brand for telly's is the way to go.

Almost to the day the 12 month warranty was up this TV starting giving trouble. Same as previous reviewer. Turn it on, stand by light turned from red to green and then perhaps the picture would come on after a few minutes or perhaps not. Then it got worse and I was constantly switching the TV off at the power point, in order to try and get to start as the 'off' button wouldn't work on either the remote or the TV itself. Finally it just wouldn't come on at all, despite showing green light. Gave up on it as a piece of junk, not worth time, effort or money to fix. Paid $250 as a store opening 'special', should have known better! No more Aldi TVs for me !

Paid about $250 for this piece of junk. Chose it over a brand name tv at jb for $270. Will shop a bit smarter next time and skip Aldi for tv's. Bought it as a Christmas present for the kids a couple of years ago but we started having problems getting it to turn on. LED changes green but screen stays black. Never had a lot of use and pretty disappointed. Our old CRT TVs lasted 20 years. I also bought an Aldi Medion video camera that won't record and a Medion 4" phone that wouldn't turn on anymore after 5 months. Aldi is good for flavoured tuna and 2 minute noodles but be careful buying $20+ items. Make a photocopy of the receipt and don't expect it to work after the warranty is out.

你对aldi电视要求太高了。对于aldi电视来讲，不是什么画面质量的问题，是能不能点亮的问题。

08还是09年买过一台aldi电视，好像249还是299，忘了，反正那会儿好多人买，抢一样的，一大早去的几乎人手一个。
去年坏掉了，看了至少6年。就是搜不到台了，不知道哪里的问题。
但也不是彻底坏，现在放到我妈房间，她反正也不看本地电视，天天看国内台，追剧看综艺完全没问题。

主流电视都是一年保修。中国品牌为了增强消费者信心给三年。

价格高的电视主要是技术先进及用料好，不是说价格越高越结实。

三个原因：
1、中国大陆的电器商场是清一色的4K电视机，FHD电视机已经被逐出卖场，现在只有大顺发、农工商等超市有售，澳洲已经落后了，估计明年FHD电视机也会淘汰，现在买电视机选择4K是明智的
2、4K电视机可以提升540P、720P、1080P影视资源的播放画面质量，相同的资源，在4K和FHD电视机上播放效果大不一样，就是说，在4K电视机上播放540P视频资源，可以达到接近720P的画面效果，1080P可以达到接近蓝光碟的画面效果
3、4K资源不是问题，除了网上下载，也可以在线实时收看，比如，乐视TV的4K资源，前提条件是，必须有100M宽带连接，NBN或Cable

Sony 的问题是屏幕漏光，包括昂贵的旗舰型号，基本台台漏光。

799澳元这个价钱买65寸4K，能点亮就已经赚到了
