Any product purchased online under the Clearance/eSale icon can only be returned via the mail. Faulty eSale items can also be exchanged (not refunded) at your closest outlet store with proof of purchase, subject to availability.
Returns and exchanges of current season online purchases can be made via mail within 28 days of purchase.
Just complete our Returns/Order Form (enclosed in every order we send), remembering to include your customer number found on your invoice.
You’ll find an Easy Return shipping label attached to the Returns/Order form in your parcel. Securely package your return, include the Returns/Order Form, and affix the Easy Return shipping label found.
To make things easy for you, you’ll pay no postage up front – a flat fee of $3.50 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Simply give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any post office. |
