其实还好，报名表“2022_Academic_Scholarship_Resume_Cover_Sheet_v1.pdf”要求就这些：
YEARS 5, 7 AND 11 ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP RESUME INFORMATION
This is NOT an application form. You must register online for the 2022 Knox Grammar School Scholarship Program by 5pm on Friday 12 February 2021, and complete your payment to Academic Assessment Services. Late applications can not be accepted.
SCHOLARSHIP RESUMES: The Resume is to be placed in a clear front A4 book, either a Marbig Clamp File, J Burrows file or Colby Spine Clamp File available from Officeworks, Woolworths, Kmart or Big W. Please do not place Resumes in hard covered folders or display books with plastic sleeves.
Resumes must only contain photocopies of original documents, as Resumes cannot be returned.
ALL Applicants are automatically considered for Academic Scholarships. Separate Resume Cover Sheets must be submitted with the information below for Music or All Rounder or Boarding or Son of Old Boy Scholarships. Only ONE Resume is needed.
THE RESUME SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (in this order)
• Knox Grammar School Scholarship Resume Cover Sheet
• HAND WRITTEN APPLICATION LETTER for a Scholarship FROM THE STUDENT outlining why you want to come to Knox
• PHOTOCOPY of student’s birth certificate
• PHOTOCOPIES of last TWO Yearly School Reports
• PHOTOCOPIES of TWO recent pieces of writing completed at School in the last two terms.
• PHOTOCOPIES of any additional Supporting Documents outlining Academic Achievements (if appropriate)
• PHOTOCOPIES of any other relevant documents. (place these last in the resume)
Have you registered and paid online? You must register online and complete your payment before submitting the resume.
Please send your completed resume to: Enrolments and Scholarships, Knox Grammar School, PO Box 5008, Wahroonga NSW 2076 or deliver to the Enrolments Office, 2 Borambil Street, Wahroonga. All resumes must be received by 5pm on Friday 12 February 2021. |
