Don't think there are legal regulations stopping buyers but seller won't be very happy for sure. :).

Is below the market price. Adam Court is in a central location, walking distance to the Viewbank College and Viewbank Primary.

vb这个区，TH一直不好买。前段时间好不容易卖了一套60+w的全新的。个人觉得，买这区的，都是冲着house 的，因为价格还比较亲民。
house最近价格比较平稳，除了前俩周一个哥们连续发扬风格，结果两个价格都不高外，本周一个1000+的大地拍了123w

8 adam ct, 一對老外夫婦住的。。男的已經好久不見了。。多年前再上一手有一對年青夫婦和 BB住，BB 晚上常哭不停，几个月不見了。。大家聽聽便算。。

43 yes indeed is a very good price for the purchaser. Although the location is a bit close to Lower Plenty Road, but it worths more.

If below $85K is cheap, if between $85-90K is fair and reasonable. Just my two cents.

It's a public school. Nobody expects it to be top notch, but it is one of the better ones among public schools. Many people just need it to serve as a bottom line. People's situation changes and they might be able to afford to send kids to surrounding private schools later in life. Your information is old and based on your personal experience, just like your comments towards your neighbours that you don't really know. I cannot see your comments have much value here.

Here is a public forum and everyone is free to contribute, seriously I find the idea of choosing to live in a house in a particular suburb, just for the whole purpose of attending a school there, is rather naive...

What is more concerning is that this argument is frequently used by parties with self interests (such as real estate agents, developers and their sales agents) to promote property(ies) to fellow participants of this forum.

Personally I find this unacceptable as they are feeding them biased information and ideas just for their own personal gain.

My position of VB is, if you drive to work nearby then it is a good place. However it lacks good direct public transport to city. VB college is average when compared with Melbourne high, Balwyn high etc..

As for the comments regarding the previous tenants if 8 adam ct. It is reliable observations but for privacy reasons I refuse to disclose how I know these information...

今天VB的两个拍卖感觉都卖了很好的价格。
4 LYON ROAD 76万,682平米的地，折1000多刀每平了。
另一个近700的地，421，带游泳池，卖了112万，
感觉市场经过一个月的低迷，又开始有信心了。
