这里的看涨或看衰都没关系,市场说了算. 欧洲美国和中国都在布局 ...
(转自HC) :
这个人总结的非常好, 金矿看红色的部分,VRC的金矿跟PDI的高度接近.
As the dust settles and we are now officially an owner of one of few producing mines around the world just thought a summary might be worth while.
Market Cap: This is a comparison of market caps of graphite plays, VRC at 78m, has producing mine, has arguably largest graphite resource in the world at Bunyu (Tanzania), at the very least, the largest in Africa and larger than all the below whom all have larger MC's
BKT - 118m - Tanzania based, not producing, needs to build mine, needs funding
MNS - 229m - Tanzania based, not producing, needs to build mine, needs funding
WKT - 87m - Tanzania based, not producing, needs to build mine, needs funding
RNU- 140m - Australia based, not producing, needs funding
Management:
-Trevor - hell bent on success, spent several months over in the Ukraine to facilitate this acquisition, took Murchison all the way to $2b market cap, knows what it takes to take company from explorer to producer as records shows. This producing graphite mine acquisition was a true masterstroke and company maker.
-Asimwe - put up his entire holdings in VRC as security/ collateral in the previous debt funding arrangement which now was shelved anyway, shows the absolute supreme confidence in this project.
ZG Ukraine:
-undertook a lengthy due diligence process
-Turning a small profit and will obviously need a bit of work to get up to nameplate we know, pittance in comparison to actually building a full mine. Will need to spend a little to in turn make a lot, to in turn have the SPG up and running and start supplying the Europe EV market sooner than anyone else.
-building SPG within 12 months
-on the door steps of Europe, whom have shown they will be the first out of the blocks for the EV revolution
-Car manufacturers show they are keen to secure their own battery mineral supply direct from the miner of which Europe location is unbelievable convenient.
-Many of the major car suppliers are based in Europe, VW, Stellanitis etc are all showing end dates to fossil fuel sales around 2030
-cash producing high value asset will now assist in Bunyu funding
-long life mine already producing
-existing customer base
-experience staff could be used for Bunyu start up
Bunyu
- largest JORC resource in Tanzania, arguably largest graphite in the world
-working on funding for Stage 1
-Stage 1 already sold with offtakes in place
-larger than others with higher marker caps.
Electric Vehicle Revolution;
-governments around the world and car makers setting end dates for fossil fuels around 2030, this revolution is a once in a life time and graphite is set to be a major beneficiary.
PDI - market cap over $200m, VRC have ground right next door, my investment circle hearing PDI could be onto a serious gold find, having the ground next door will only be advantageous and is a real bonus.
Graphite: 7 x times increase forecast by 2030, VRC will be near the front of the queue to supply as Europe, the US and other major countries look to alternatives outside of China, many are suggesting graphite is going to be in short supply will only increase spot price as a result.
Things take time to come to fruition, have a look at the other graphite plays who have market caps much larger than VRC, they are STILL trying to secure funding, they will STILL need to build a mine. VRC is no different for the length of time things take, all no fault of theirs, the latest delays obviously around funding provider given the new funding arrangements, albeit the terms seem to turn out more favourable anyway. Point is, companies looking to turn explorer to producer take a supreme amount of time, VRC has now leap frogged this. They are now open for business and I expect many things to follow from now on as a result of this acquisition. Having been involved in Volt for many years, this is truly the start of huge things to come, the timing of EV and the timing of Europe's role in it, is just so exciting, these are such a steal right now and expecting the market cap will go up accordingly. Expecting overseas interest is only a matter of time.
Disclaimer, this is a summary of what I believe is relevant and what I believe to be a benefit to a stock I believe is going to be a 400m market cap company, (SYR is a producer and is around 700m.) I hope this helps as a starting point for some to then conduct their own thorough research as I have, these are my opinions and mine alone, given my reluctance to be a regular contributor to this thread these days given the motives of some and lack of time to waste on them I won't be responsive but will come along from time to time. I wish all holders luck and all the best to Trevor has he now has this in hand to start seriously ramping this up, we should all be super excited about Volts future look forward to posting again on the back of the next major milestone! |
