Yes, it's really normal, esp for toddlers. To be honest, how can you ask a 1 year old child to be responsible for his own actions. Teachers at childcare can only do their best to keep an eye on the kids each of them are responsible for, but it's just not possible to stop incidents like these happening every single time.
My 5 yo daughter's been at various childcare centres since she was 1 and i have never heard someone can ask the 'culprit' to do a blood test in incidence like this. We don't even get to know who did it! |
