倆位非常专业, 今天找了一个Builder咨询了,结论基本也是这样。这里也把找到的一点资料和大家分享一下,希望对遇到类似情况的朋友有帮助。

所以如果满足对Height,Length, solar and overshadowing的要求,除非我能找出非常有力的理由,否则我似乎是没有办法。
我找的Builder建议我提出如下要求:
• Advise when the building works are taking place.
• Owner/Builder to provide protection to your property during construction.
• Be notified in advance on when works will take place.
• When existing fence works will be removed and a temporary fencing with shade cloth for privacy be put in place for security, privacy, OH & S. (if required)
• All underground and aboveground works will take place property being built on.
• New wall be left cleaned and brickwork to be trowelled if you want a clean wall (builder will need to access your property if you request this)
• All measures will be taken to have minimal impact on your property during construction.
• The builder and owner to ensure that any excess soil or building materials, etc with be removed once wall has been finished.
• Ensure animals are protected from escaping (if applicable).
