Sorry I am in the office so cant type Chinese.
I had the same situation with LZ at the early stage of my career (back in 2005).
I was doing my CPA at the same time working for a small public listed company as the AP. In that role I naturally got to see the payroll for my supervisor who had 5 years experience after she got the CPA, her pay (back then ) was $55K which was pretty hopeless if I look back.
I then decided to quit the accounting field and I dropped my CPA study.
I started in a totally different career as an all rounder (pretty much like LZ's previous job) in a small importer company with very low salary, and worked my way up in Supply Chain through a few companies.
Logistics Coordinator -> Demand Planner -> Inventory Analyst -> Procurement Analyst -> Supply Chain Operations Manager (now).
I have no regret coming to this industry and I absolutely love what I am doing, It is challenging and ever evolving and I get to work on differnt things every month. (now you can compare it with the scope of a senior accounting manager, what are they doing differently every month/year?)
Remember, "Hang2 Hang2 Chu1 Zhuang4 Yuan2".
