同问。
我的第二轮面试还是没有消息，简直都要放弃了。
不知道他们怎么搞得，开始时候那么positive的样子，一个多月过去了还是没有消息。

估计还在waiting list，最好挣个process走完，集体发thank you letter。

Give them a call right away if  they didn't reply your follow up email. You can call either the one who interviwed you or the HR recruiter who first conacted you and scheduled you for first interview.

Don't just sit back and wait if it's been too long since your last interview. They are not good at getting back to people promptly, sometimes.

他们好像在对我做background checking, 最近国内是五一, 可能今天才可以开始调查吧. 顺便问一下,公司决定要你是不是还有叫你去签offer什么的. 还是直接把offer寄给你呀.

Thanks for your advice. I did send an email to the lady a week ago who interviewed me and haven't heard anything back. (Actually I also sent "thank-you" email after the first interview but she didn't reply either).

Actually I was recommended by a friend who is working there. He emailed me last Monday and said HR is quite busy last whole week so they may contact me for the next round sometime this week. My friend still insisted that my first interview was good, and I should just be patient. But after have been waiting for more than a month, how much longer do I have to wait??

What should I do now?

You will email you the agreement first. Then, agter they are doen with your backgroudn check, they will mail eveything to you.

BTW, you'll never see the HR to hand in your stuff, ebeyting is doen via mail or email.

right, Wollongong is their focus now
it never hurts to call them if its been too long.
its shows your consistant passion about the job and your professioal way to follwo up
anyway, don't worry much, just give them a calland you'll fidn t out, at least, try to build a rapport with them :)

第一轮是电话面试, 大概是对你学习 工作的大概了解, 还有你的对accenture的了解.
第二轮和第三轮是面对面的.
如下是我回忆的.
Technical part
1.        Why do you choose Accenture?
2.        Describe the previous and current work experience and studying.
3.        Describe a project about the java programming.
4.        How many people are working on the projects?
5.        How many people are working on your parts?
6.        What is your responsibility?
7.        What is the database you used?
8.        How did you program on your parts?
9.        What are the documentations that you used in your project?
10.        How did you test your program?
11.        Are you interested in COBOL programming?
12.        Describe the coaching experience, how did you coach people?
13.        Describe the web project of MTS.
14.        What do you think the most important achievements you have?
15.        Have you done the documentation on this project? What sort of documentations?
16.        How did you test the project
17.        Have you deployed the system?
18.        How many people are currently visiting the website every day?
19.        How many tables have you created for this project?
20.        What the programming roles or languages you want the most?
21.        How many people are present when you are making the presentation?
22.        What is the 3-4 years goal?

Professional Parts

我去他们网站上看了，列了很多的services，是不是随便举几个行业的例子就行了？还是只要说他们提供consulting, technology and outsourcing便可？

楼主是应聘J2EE 开发的，可是怎么感觉他们压根就没问技术问题啊.........个人感觉JAVA和J2EE技术本身有很多可问的问题啊
