I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN CHASING FOR THIS PRODUCT FOR 4 MTHS!! Last time I contacted you here your CS claimed that 2 ctns will be ready in the Oakleigh Store. But when I visited that store the Grocery Manager showed me the 2 Ctns ordered for me from 4 mths time (not by your CS) has never appeared and still in the system!! Your CS never understand the real situation - your warehouse never processed my urgent order (if not my son's running out of milk I will not ask the manager to order supposing this is to make sure I have the milk the other week). But the fact is I have to drop into every of your stores when I passed to catch the product. the store grocery manager explained to me the special order has never been processed and they have to put the only 1 ctn on the shelf arrived because they are not from my special order dued 4 mths ago! I am so sick of dropping by and chasing my luck. I understand you are sensitive to milk orders becoz too many people (esp. overseas students) trading them to overseas, but how come you can let a real user's order unfulfilled for 4 mths???! THIS IS A COMPLAINT FROM MY 2.5 YRS SON. I will start looking into other opportunities even Fair Trade becoz I am so frustrated. You guys wasted so much of my time and money on petrol chasing milk for my son while the product is always available on "ebay" China. What have you done avoiding people sending your milks to overseas while most of the real local users have difficulties in getting the goods!! AGAIN THIS IS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT, NO MORE TOLERANCE AFTER 4 MONTHS!!! |
