How many level does HEW6 have? How many level will you gain after a year if you are just an average person?
Graduates start as level 1 HEW6 and gain one level each year.
It is possible to get HEW 8 if you are really good. Otherwise if you have a Master and starts as HEW 6 level 3 or HEW7 level 1 you can get HEW 8.
Stay in a Uni is not a good idea really. I know so many engineers worked 7, 8 or 10 years in Uni and still not HEW 8 yet. BTW they are all locals with uni degrees. |
