Homeowners and would-be borrowers may be nervously wondering how high their home loan rates will go. The big four banks have all cast their predictions for the next few years of cash rate movements. For the average owner-occupier paying a variable rate, your home loan rate could reach 7.11% in 2023.
ANZ expects one more rate hike of 25 basis points in August that will see the cash rate peak at 4.10%. ANZ forecasts the RBA will begin cutting the cash rate in November 2024. It expects the first rate reduction will be 25 basis points, taking the cash rate to 3.85%.
这是两个不同预测 但是目前看今年4点多的利息是肯定的 而且24年前基本不会有下调的趋势。当然了 打仗就另当别论了，那时候利不利息的随他去了。
