2. 懂新技术、各种前沿系统的新型信息化的财务，目前市场上供不应求，缺人缺得很厉害。培养一个懂业务，深入了解系统流程，能解决实际问题，以及交流能力还不错得财务人员，需要好多年。
3. 中小企业没有规模化，对传统会计还是有依赖的。大公司都在上各种前沿科技，很多新型财务人员已经不是传统的会计， 而是集合了IT，系统、财务和运营业务的复合人才。
大公司和咨询业的财务从业人员更新迭代很快，各种前沿的科技不同业务线都有涉猎，有的财务人员在专项上走得很深。
