请问你所说的法庭是VCAT(Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal)吗?刚才我给customer affairs VIC打电话了,她说可以根据他没有告知我们3天cooling days这点来要他们还我订金,因为被告知是他们的责任,还有就是要书面通知才有效,电话通知不足以作为证据,我赶紧写了一封Email列下了几点不满意:
1. We were not but should have been made be aware of "3 days cooling off period" when we signed the contract.
2. The kilometre reading actully shows 9K, but we were told 8K when we signed the contract.
3. We expected leather-covered car seats, but actually it is not.
合同上的特殊条款如下:
"subject to customer sighting interior of the car, driving vehicle and satisifactory RACV report. If the customer is unsatisfied, deposit to be refunded".
也不知道我的理由是不是足够充分了......,如果他们还是不同意,Customer Affairs建议我去VCAT,交$36听证费,律师费不用付。如果走这步实在是费时费力了...... |
