COVID-19 PANDEMIC – xxxxx –xxxx WORKER
This letter, when presented in conjunction with xxxx-issued photo identification, certifies that its holder is a worker for xxxx carrying out ‘Essential Activities’
Xxxx is owned wholly by the xxxx of Australia (it is a Government Business Enterprise/GBE), and the
Commonwealth has classified the xxxx are essential for Australians during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Xxxx is taking all reasonable steps to protect worker and community safety while continuing to perform essential xxxx duties. However, this may include, where required, co-workers working in groups of more than two
(2) people in order to meet operational health and safety obligations.
Please note that if this worker is prevented from:
1) Working for or on behalf on the xxxx, including in proximity with their essential co-workers; or
2) Travelling to attend to work for the xxxx, including travelling:
a) within any State, city or council jurisdiction;
b) across any State borders;
c) into any remote communities (including in accordance with the Biosecurity (Human Biosecurity Emergency)
(Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) (Emergency Requirements for Remote Communities)
Determination 2020 (Cth).
