school band 可以用，已经收到信了
Dear Parent,
We are delighted to inform you that we have been approved as a registered provider for the NSW Government’s Creative Kids program.
If you're not aware, the Creative Kids program gives a $100 voucher to parents of school aged children. This voucher can be used towards your Band fees.
How to apply for the voucher…
1. Go to www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-creative-kids-voucher
2. Select the 'Apply online' button
3. Log in to your account or sign up for a MyServiceNSW Account
4. Follow the prompts to apply for the voucher (you will need your child’s Medicare Card details)
To use the voucher for Band Fees…
Email the following information to accounts@schoolbands.com.au
• Your child's full name (Exactly as it appears on the voucher email)
• Your child's date of birth
• The Creative Kids voucher number (starts with 9999)
Once we receive the voucher details via email, we will process it through the Governments website. A credit will be applied to your account once your voucher has been confirmed. Of course, if you would like to deduct the $100 from your Term 1 fees, please email the details to us prior to 29 January 2019 so the credit can be included in your invoice.
