车祸中对方拒不提供信息怎么应对？

不是，没有垫底费的保险，那保费不就上天了。

我有次被追尾，下着很大的雨，我下车看看就一道小印子，但后面那辆车的人象没发生过一样，没有下车，雨太大，我就算了，但上次我撞了别人，也是很小的印子，自己的车完全没事，就主动靠边停，然后走保险了。我不知道别人不下车我是不是该去敲他车窗？

Get police report and they can contact the driver via number plate verification then go through your own insurance.

我碰到过。
出租车擦碰我的车，当时他说告诉他修一下多少钱，付我现金，我说OK，就没看他的驾照。
后来我把报价告诉他，他嫌贵，要我去他推荐的地方。他肯定是去那些随便修修的地方，那我当然不肯。再打电话不接了。
我报警，告诉了警察他的车牌号。然后警察告诉我对方拒绝提供驾照信息属于违法，他会去问他要，然后他会吃一个罚单。一个小时后警察打电话给了我event number，还有他的信息，我就走保险了。
