为了25%左右工资涨幅放弃工作了10年的entitlement划算吗

如果自己主动辞职，不满十年的话，是一分钱也没有的。

十年后和十年内积攒 long service leave 的速度是不一样的。新州头十年是两个月的 long service leave. 十年后每一年有两周。

1年25%= 52/4 = 13个周。
13周 vs 2周，没人算不过来这个数学吧？

15年工龄可以拿13周的long service leave，工作7年以上就可以享受，离职时会pay out的，不存在放不放弃

那超过10年的每一年都能多拿2周假期，多爽

跳槽的话工资没有30%以上肯定不走的啊

那两周年假等于1/26的升幅啊

就算新公司只加10% ，然后你在新公司拿2周无薪假都比前者多钱啊。
