安联没问题，你放心吧。多打打电话，保不齐有某个接线员不那么专业，不高兴就要求跟他的manager说话。

因为在红灯口，对方又承认错误，所以就拐到路边停车再照了相，不是在现场，只是双方的损伤及车牌，对方车居然一点事没有，衰！

没事，只要对方承认了有这个事故发生，那就结了，他总不能说是他车在前面，你在后面吧。

前后撞车的话，追尾是自然的第一可能。如果对方说不是他追尾了你，而是你倒车撞了他，他需要提供证据！你说他追尾不需要额外提供证据！

我就遇见一次, 对方倒车撞到我, 我抄了对方驾照, 并写下了对方倒车撞到我的车, 让对方签字让可。果然过后对方不认帐, 但我有对方签字的字条, 对方的保险公司认可赔付。

我有听过一个人在红绿灯被前车倒车的给撞了。没人在的情况下，那人公开就反打一趴，说他追尾，最后好像还是按照追尾算的。你的情况相反。

你看一下自己保险的pds。如果是不论谁的错都要先交excess，那就只能交了。
如果是对方错误，可与i不交。那就跟安联继续搞。

还有去一下警局，说对方拒绝交换信息。
交换信息一定要给电话，住址，姓名。 不是一定要给驾照的。

(1) A driver involved in a crash must comply with this rule.

首先到警察局报警对方追尾不给你交换信息，隔一个星期再打电话去跟进获取肇事方资料提供给保险公司。与此同时先交垫底费去修车，在修车期间保险公司应该能帮你追责并免去的。要是还搞不定，就当破财免灾吧。

楼主可以先告诉警察对方事故后故意不提供驾照信息，这个是要罚款的。

你不需要证据。。你是被撞尾的。。by default,撞你后面的人错，是他要找证据证明肯定是你倒车撞他的。。我也被人讹过，撞我后面，还说我错，理都不理，直接让保险公司去搞，一口咬定是他错，没让我提供任何证据，就是写了一篇事发经过，也没有交一分excess,就把车修了

按字面解读：提供足够识别当事驾驶员身份及事故车辆所属的信息即可。也就是说交换信息是义务，但出示驾照可以自由裁量。

明天就去警察局报案，看是否有帮助。还有安联保险是否无论过错都要先交excess费？哪个筒子有过理赔经验？
