1、墙到篱笆(边界线)的距离(也就是所谓的SETBACK)是否达到了政府要求,有无可能尽量远点 。记得当时买房的时候看过图,我家后面有根水管,好像政府规定建筑物必须和水管保持1米5以
For NRZ 3 of Whitehorse City, 5m rear setback is required, so don't worry about it too much, unless you request even more.
2、房高是否超过了政府限高,据说房高和墙到篱笆的距离有个成正比的计算公式?
It's unlikely that 2-storey townhouse will exceed max. requirement, which is 9m.
3、南向也就是朝我家的这面墙要求一楼无门窗或毛玻璃门窗: NO WAY. Firstly the land level of your property is higher than your neighbour's, so I don't think there is any privacy issue for you. Secondly if there were no door, how could they go to their backyard directly? Too inconvenient for residents, council will not support it.
二楼窗离楼板1米8: not 1.8m, but still at 1.7m, don't worry.
4、分隔两家的老篱笆年久失修,经常大风天过后要去补几个钉子,正好想趁这个机会重新做一个,最好再加高点(现在是2.2米高),要不也在给康搜的信里提一下?
Council don't care, better discuss this with your neighbour, maybe they will pay the cost.
