我只是阐述事实,不跟楼主辩论,以下信息均摘自政府网站,若LZ有任何不同意不要朝我来,这个是MONASH自己对自己的区评价,公正性不言而喻
According to Monash City Council health & wellbeing partnership plan presented at Ordinary Council Meeting at 2013:
Monash suburbs of disadvantage Clayton (971.8), Chadstone (1010.5), Oakleigh South (1022.2), Oakleigh East-Huntingdale (1024.2) and Hughesdale (1,028.6) were the top ranking suburbs which presented greater levels of disadvantage than the overall Monash population.17
It is important to examine underlying Census characteristics of disadvantage (low income, low educational attainment, high proportion of resident with low English proficiency, high unemployment and jobs in relatively unskilled occupations) as this can shed light on what programs and services need to be targeted to disadvantaged suburbs and communities.

Council collects data from: Australian Bureau of Statistics
Suburbs particularly impacted by harms from gambling are Clayton, Ashwood and Chadstone. Many residents from these suburbs reported wide-ranging impacts from
gambling including housing loss, job loss, financial stresses, mental health issues, loss of superannuation, relationship breakdowns, domestic violence, poor food security (especially for children) and embezzlement crimes.
Clayton gambling issue:

""Clayton already has more poker machines per population than the average for a Melbourne suburb," Cr Drieberg said.
"Council is worried about the impact of problem gambling in our community," she said."
