Terms and Conditions for Super Saver Plan
Customer should have the required minimum amount of $19 on the mobile account or the required amount on the credit/debit card to buy the Super Saver Plan.
Once the Plan is activated, we will deduct the Plan price from the existing mobile balance or Credit / Debit card.
A customer may have only ONE Super Saver Plan per mobile number per customer at any one time.
The customer will NOT be able to cancel the plan once the plan is activated/purchased.
As long as you have enough credit, your Super Saver Plan will automatically renew at the end of the 30 day period. We will send you a SMS message a few days before your Super Saver Plan renews, to remind you to put enough credit in your account. If you do not want your Plan to renew, simply respond to the reminder (for free), following the instructions to opt out. If you do not have sufficient credit in your account, the Super Saver Plan will not renew and you will be start paying from your prepaid recharge.
Free calls, texts and data are valid for 30 days including the day of purchase.
Customers may use our standard recharge cards to recharge their mobile phones if they do not have enough credit to buy or renew the Super Saver Plan.
You can purchase a Super Saver Plan using your existing account credit (Lycamobile recharge denominations are available in $10, $20, $30 and $50), or you can choose to purchase a Super Saver Plan directly and pay only the price of the Mega Plan - click here to purchase or recharge.
You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your plan stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your plan allowance.
$0.05/MB will be charged after the free allowance of the bundle.
Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), or if it is being used for tethering.
