PLS RELIST THIS ITEM AS I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY!
NND这年头卖家地位真低啊, 买了不付钱一个比一个理直气壮, 连个sorry都没有!
再看看eBay的原文~
I can certainly understand your concerns in this matter. I'm sorry for
the inconvenience that this situation has caused you.
I'd like to share with you that feedback is removed or de-scored if a
member don't respond to an Unpaid Item Dispute and receive a Strike.
"De-scoring" means that the feedback comment you received is still
visible in your feedback profile, but the rating no longer counts
towards your feedback score.
In your case, the buyer responded to the Unpaid Item Dispute at least
once in the eBay Dispute Console.
I understand your frustration that this buyer was able to leave feedback
for you although they didn't pay for the item and you had given them an
Unpaid Item Strike. However, we only de-score a buyer's feedback if they
fail to participate in the Unpaid Item Process.
For more information on feedback, policy and process, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/fe ... ack-privileges.html
*Note*
The goal of eBay's Unpaid Item system is to promote amicable resolution
to transaction disputes. Therefore, the criteria for de-scoring a
feedback is based on whether or not the buyer participates in the Unpaid
Item Process, not how the Unpaid Item Dispute was resolved after the
strike was left.
Moving on, I know how regrettable it is when upstanding members, with
good intentions, and the track record to prove it, receive feedback that
is unfair or inaccurate. If you trade long enough on eBay, you will
likely come across someone who can't be pleased or who leaves you
Feedback that you believe is unjust.
In some cases we can remove feedback, but only if the comment meets the
requirements for removal under our Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and
Removal policy.
We've carefully reviewed the feedback you asked about and determined
that it doesn't meet the removal requirement as outlined in the policy.
I wish I could remove the comment for you, however, since eBay can edit
only at the direction of our Legal Department, I am not at liberty to do
so as these requirements are outlined in our Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal
and Removal Policy.
