第一次给Certifier打了电话, 两件事,
1. 了解一下怎么能拿到OC?
他们很快发了一个文件给我,清楚的写明拿Interim OC and Final OC的要求. 奇怪的是,竟然没提到driveway..
These issues must be completed prior to the release of an Interim Occupation Certificate;
1. Remove excess fill from the adjoining northern boundary fence and reinstate siltation a minimum 300mm from the boundary
2. Submit evidence of compliance with the Council approved BASIX certificate including: Tapware; WC''s & Hot Water Service;
Insulation/Sarking; Rainwater tank; Air-conditioning.
3. Submit the standard certificate package for piers, slab, termite protection, waterproofing, smoke detectors, glazing (windows & doors and shower screens), stormwater drainage diagrams and property surveys.
These issues must be completed prior to the release of an Final Occupation Certificate;
1. Pt 3.9.1 of the BCA requires stairs to be constant in both going and riser. Provide an appropriate floor covering to the stairwell area to ensure a constant bottom riser..
2. Repair/reinstate the damaged footpath/kerb to the satisfaction of Council.
3. Provide retaining walls to all excavated and filled areas. Note: Retaining walls are to be constructed in accordance with Structural Engineer''s design (Separate approval required).
4. Provide turf, gardens and other landscaping prior to the removal of the erosion controls.

2. 当时CDC时,我们画了Concept Landscaping Plan,现在有些地方想改动,行不行?
可以, 只要符合Council Hard/Soft surface的比例就好. 
所以同学们可以放心大胆的自己画了.
